Description

Epic Special Education Staffing seeks an ECE Speech Language Pathologist to support young children with communication needs in educational settings. You will assess speech, language, and social communication, develop and implement individualized therapy plans, and contribute to IEPs. Collaborating with teachers, families, and related service providers, you’ll deliver evidence-based interventions that promote functional communication and early literacy. Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for early childhood students.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
Provide direct and small-group therapy using evidence-based interventions.
Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers to support classroom communication.
Participate in IEP meetings, contributing goals and progress reports.
Educate and coach families and caregivers on home communication strategies.
Maintain accurate documentation, billing, and compliance with school and state regulations.
Use data-driven decision-making to adjust interventions and track progress.
Support inclusive practices and communication access in classroom environments.
Engage in professional development and share best practices with the Epic team.
