Job Title

Five (5) years minimum of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse. Experience with Care Coordination, Utilization review and discharge planning Computer literacy. Associates Degree (ASN, ADN) from an accredited Nursing Program. RN Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of New York. PRI and Screen certification within three months of employment. Primary Source Verification of License and Registration of Registered Professional Nurse from NYS Department of Education (NYSED). BLS.
