RN-Long Term Care Clinical Leader Direct hire Full-time Full benefits package Competitive compensation, based on experience Location: Penn Yan, NY (Finger Lakes Region) Department: Nursing Administration for Long Term Care Shifts: Day or Evening Education: Minimum: Graduate of an accredited School of Registered Professional Nursing. Preferred: BSN License/Certifications: Current New York State Registered Professional Nurse licensure and BLS. Experience: Minimum: One year of nursing experience. Preferred: Minimum of one (1) year LTC experience and previous supervisory experience preferred. Ability to collaborate effectively with medical staff, department managers, ancillary services and customers in a professional and courteous manner. Demonstrated ability to manage self professionally in stressful situations. Ability to facilitate clinical management, work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities and enhance the spirit of teamwork through effective role modeling. Familiarity with NYSDOH requirements. Demonstrated excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication (written and oral), analytical, and organizational skills. Computer literacy.
