Job DetailsCare Manager role in Emergency Department (ED) specialty.Requires experience in clinical nursing, utilization review, care coordination, and discharge planning.Involves leadership responsibilities and computer literacy.
Job RequirementsMinimum five (5) years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.Experience with care coordination, utilization review, and discharge planning.Bachelor's degree from an accredited Nursing Program preferred.Associates Degree (ASN, ADN) required from an accredited Nursing Program.RN licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of New York.Primary Source Verification of License and Registration of Registered Professional Nurse from NYS Department of Education (NYSED).PRI and Screen certification required within three months of employment.
Schedule Information7 hours per day.35 hours per week.
