Registered Nurse (RN) | Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma Location: Bronx, NY Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,280 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 7 hours Contract Duration: 14 Weeks Start Date: 8/10/2026

Job Title: Care Manager Profession: Nurse Specialty: Care Management Duration: 14 Shift: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Hours per Shift: 35 Experience: Five years minimum of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse License: RN Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of New York Certifications: BLS, PRI and Screen certification within three months of employment Must-Have: Care Coordination, Utilization Review, Discharge Planning, Computer Literacy, Leadership Description: Experience with Care Coordination is required. Utilization review experience is necessary. Discharge planning experience is a must. Computer literacy is essential. A minimum of five years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse is required. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing is preferred. Candidates must hold a valid RN license in the State of New York. PRI and Screen certification must be obtained within three months of employment. Primary Source Verification of License and Registration as a Registered Professional Nurse is required. AHA BLS certification is necessary. Local candidates are preferred. Leadership experience is an advantage.
